one year later

well...nothing much has changed other than the fact that i have gotten a year older and the same with my family. conor is swimming killer as is his sister carina. both have started school and i have also gone back to work. conor is now at kelly creek elementary which he just loves and is doing killer. carina is back at mt. hood christian and doing awesome too...my kids just rip. i did run the hood to coast again and had a blast...running 9 min miles is damn good for this fatty, hell just to make it was a blessing. ok...enough for now. out.

good weekend..? sure, i was busy from start to finish. parade, soccer, birthday party, (no soccer for me...bleh). lawns, computers(that ended up taking a dive midway through a upload to 14 systems, crap sandwich. all in all ok, kids did some svensk danskar at the zoo and then off to friends for burgers and pumkin piiiiiie. yum. done.

ok what to say. i am sick..deathly sick. we won our first football game today. my son tied his own shoes this morning and..yes and added a double knot, my daughter is a super soccer stud, woohooo. it is raining in portland once again and i go in for my next installment on my tattoo on thursday the 2nd. killer.

well it is now soon for our classes to start to further our education in technology. i am lookin forward to getting things rolling and learning some new bits. school has also started for me here in troutdale, oregon where i teach. new computers for the room...my old ones finally started to give up the ghost. gettin some new cameras for my digital photography course and lookin forward to creating games using yoyo games free software. right on. also, will post some pics of the fam and my new tattoo...woohoo. party on garth!

Well, hello. My name is Andrew and not stinktoad as what my profile my show up as. I have been teaching Middle School for about 11 years now and have decided to stay....yes that is right...STAY. I have taught everything from PE, to Health, to Math, to English and Computers. I would like to learn about assessment, what it is good for, what it can do for me, my school, my kids and my life. I have a family of a wife, two kiddos, a dog and a cat. I have lived in Portland OR my entire life and I dont think I will ever leave this area.....ever. I like Footie(soccer...the only true sport, IMHO), my family, reading, movies, metal, computers and living. Just finished two classes and now we start anew...woohooo
